Making of a simple wood structure with provided materials and equipments, with respect of the guidelines.
Description of the skill
Cabinet and Furniture Making involves the construction of a simple wooden structure using provided materials, tools, and equipment, in strict adherence to the given guidelines. Competitors are expected to demonstrate precision, craftsmanship, and safety throughout the process. While access to specific machinery such as bandsaws, drills, and grinders is available, the majority of the work will be performed at the workbench using personal hand tools. Effective use of both hand and power tools, along with careful material handling, is essential to successfully complete the task.
