Wood Carving

Wood Carving is the art of shaping and detailing wood to create a decorative or functional piece, based on a provided drawing. Competitors are expected to demonstrate precision, creativity, and control in executing carving techniques. The task involves selecting appropriate tools, interpreting the design accurately, and applying various carving methods to bring the drawing to life. Attention to detail, craftsmanship, and an understanding of wood properties are essential to produce a high-quality finished piece.
