Massage

Massage involves performing a variety of massage techniques tailored to specific instructions and individual needs. Competitors must demonstrate the ability to assess each situation and apply appropriate methods to promote relaxation, relieve tension, and support physical well-being. The skill requires knowledge of anatomy, hygiene standards, and massage principles, as well as the ability to adapt techniques to different body areas and client conditions. Precision, sensitivity, and professionalism are essential to deliver effective and safe treatments.
