Description of the skill
Hand Knitting is the craft of creating textile products using needles and thin threads, based on a given pattern and specifications. Competitors are expected to interpret the design accurately and apply various knitting techniques to produce a high-quality finished item. The task requires precision, consistency in stitch formation, and attention to detail. Manual dexterity, creativity, and a solid understanding of yarn behaviour and pattern structure are essential to successfully complete the product.
