Business professionals operate in a customer-oriented manner, providing high-quality service and support across various business environments. They possess strong communication and teamwork skills, enabling effective collaboration and customer interaction. In customer service roles, professionals are expected to search for and understand information about products and services and clearly communicate this to customers. Success in this skill requires a combination of interpersonal competence, product knowledge, and the ability to meet customer needs efficiently and professionally.

Competition Rules set the overall framework and regulations that apply to all skills competitions.

Charter of Judges provides instructions on the judging procedure and use of the Assessment Framework.

Technical Description explains what the skill is about and what competitors should be prepared for. This document was previously known as the Pre-task Assignment.

Business is a new skill in the Abilympics competition. To help members better understand what this new skill involves, we have compiled a selection of tasks from previous Finnish national TaitajaPLUS skills competitions for students with special needs. These tasks are only examples of the types of tasks previously used in TaitajaPLUS and will not be used as such for the Abilympics Helsinki 2027 competition.
