Competitors must interpret technical drawings, prepare materials, and execute welds with accuracy and consistency. The skill requires knowledge of welding processes, safety standards, and quality control. Success depends on the ability to create strong, clean welds while ensuring the finished structure conforms to all dimensional and functional requirements.
